The Journey

Born in a small village of Uttar Pradesh, Gaurishankar is the eldest son of the family. As a child Gaurishankar participated in many plays including Ramayana & Mahabharata where he conquered stage fear and went to receive many accolades in college for his facile way of relating people. He studied at the Students Academy High School Mumbai, before graduating in Commerce from Mahatma Gandhi University. On completion of Graduation, Gaurishankar immediately started working in the domain of Human Resources with an aim to change his life. Working hard on his goal he quickly got ahead in ranks in the company and was later promoted to handle multiple clients. He never wanted to settle for less and while working closely with the company for few years, he decided to start on his own with a keen sense of business which he developed at an early age.

Many inquire his secret for being successful in such a short span. A simple answer: Success is not just a Fluke but hard work done. He learnt from his every failure and started to rectify. All the ventures where he invested didn’t success at first, he occurred loss but didn’t refrained himself from taking risks. Team HR GSA Pvt Ltd has become a top name in the field of Human Resources in just 10 years, which has successfully placed jobs to more than 20,000 people across India. Now after making it big in the domestic market he wants to challenge his dimensions and is willing to explore the overseas recruitment market and is working towards it with same passion when he started Team HR.

Coming from a humble family, he was compassionate to empower many young people to become successful and to help needy people he Kind-heartedly established an NGO – ‘Dwarikamai Charity Sanstha’ with an aim to extend a helping hand across his vicinity and reach as many people as possible.

Going beyond his own growth, Gaurishankar has supported many noble causes like education, healthcare and the upliftment of weaker sections in the vicinity and in other parts of India. He is not limited to the rules many corporates follow, he believes in Gandhi ji’s famous quote “Simple Living and Great Thinking”. He humbly greets everyone with “Namaste” is not concerned with the language barrier which many think is the biggest hurdle. Many of his co-workers believe if he mastered the English language they will not be working so closely, as he might travel across the Globe and leave his mark in hearts of the people. Being a social worker for such a long time and even after establishing his own NGO, his heart still aches as he is unable to expand his reach which is being limited due to jurisdiction. Gaurishankar wants to enter Politics as it will provide him Supremacy to eradicate the hurdles and expand in all varies possibilities, being the magnifying personality allows him to be modest and also vibrant and goal oriented.
