Gaurishankar is not only Founder of his maiden venture Team HR GSA Pvt Ltd, but is part of many other successful business which include United Team HR, Armor Facility Services, Medi-Aid Chain of Pharmacies and Aqua Vistara.

As a businessman and considering his responsibility of Giving Back to the society he also established a NGO named “Dwarikamai Charity Sanstha”. Dwarikamai helps the last and most deprived section of the society to empower themselves for their upliftment. Under the PM initiative he has adopted villages, helped setup hospitals and schools in rural areas. Also he is actively working towards healthcare and education in the his vicinity and many other parts of India. He is a true social entrepreneur.
